You can add the Platinum Package or VIP Upgrade when you book. After you have confirmed how many tickets you would like, the Platinum Package and VIP Upgrade will show in the make your visit extra special section:
Remember to make sure that you select the same number of VIP Upgrades or Platinum Packages a tickets in your basket and that you can only add the Platinum Package if you are buying Tier A tickets.
