If a performance is cancelled, we will exchange your ticket for a ticket to an alternative performance up to the value of your ticket (subject to availability) or you may request a refund of the value of your ticket, together with any booking fee paid. In the event your purchase was made using a gift voucher, you will be issued with a new voucher to the value of the voucher used to make your booking.
For the avoidance of doubt, we will not refund the cost of any other expenses incurred by you in connection with your visit or that would be deemed a side effect of the main loss or damage, including but not limited to travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses.
